In 1986, Dr MH Marion, after working for 2 years as a research fellow in London, pioneered the use of BTX in the treatment of movement disorders in France.

She opened the first private neurology practice devoted to Movement disorder and BTX in 1988 in Paris.

Following a move to London for familial reasons in 1998, she set up multidisciplinary BTX clinics (ophthalmology, maxillo-facial and ENT) at St Georges Hospital together with launching the London BTX centre in 2005 at Wilbraham place practice.located near Sloane Square in London’s west end.”
